个人简介:
邓世清,北京科技大学高精尖学院教授,国家高层次青年人才,博士生导师,美国布鲁克海文国家实验室访问学者。博士毕业于清华大学(导师:朱静院士)。主要研究方向为新型磁电信息功能薄膜的设计、制备及结构和性能研究,先进透射电子显微学及其在磁电信息功能材料研究中的应用等。曾获国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目(子任务负责人)、国家自然科学基金面上项目/青年基金、博新计划等资助。曾获北京市青年人才托举工程、小米青年学者、美国电子显微学会博士后奖(MSA Post Doc Award)、新材院卓越贡献奖等奖励。近年在Science (3篇)、Nat. Mater.、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、Phys. Rev. Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Mater.等期刊发表学术论文110余篇。担任Microstructures学术期刊青年执行主编,电子元器件关键材料与技术专委会常务委员,Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Phys. Rev. X等高水平期刊审稿人等。
研究方向:
(1)新型磁电信息功能材料的设计、制备及结构和性能研究。新型磁电功能薄膜及异质结的外延生长、应变调控及高通量制备;磁电功能材料性能调控、多场耦合行为及机理;低维材料的磁电性质与畴结构;新型能源存储与转换材料的结构和性能研究。
(2)先进透射电子显微学及其在磁电功能材料多尺度研究中的应用。基于新型电子显微学方法,探究磁电功能材料的构效关系机理和新奇宏观物理和化学行为的微观起源。
